*1A Processors relevant to each individual client will depend on the specific service configuration, geographic scope of services and particular products and services utilised and may differ from those above listed for indicative purposes.
*1B CWT Products & Services may be contracted, provisioned and/or fulfilled by one or more CWT affiliates according to defined service configuration and client contract. Business Process Outsourcing firms and/or CWT Global Partner Network may be engaged for fulfilment activities in relevant configurations.

*2A Specific trip or travel arrangements may be unique particularly regarding 3P Trade Supplier (Inventory Originator) individually selected by or for the traveler, attendee.
*2B 3P Travel Suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, transportation etc) and 3P Card Payment Companies data processors are not listed individual in the indicative table due to wide variation in such case an indicative entity may be named as example of the type or class of counterparty entity expected.

*4 CWT Technology Infrastructure and/or a technology asset hosted by such infrastructure may be a component of, utilised as part of, have an integration, API or connection with or otherwise support delivery of CWT Products & Services, CWT does not sell or re-sell Technology Infrastructure on a commercial basis, infrastructure listed is utilised by CWT.
*5 3P Data Transfers with Client and/or Client Contracted counterparties may be requested or directed by Clients such as to another Travel Management Company or Third party safety and security provider contracted by Client.
All processing and any related personal data transfers are arranged strictly in compliance with relevant contracts, applicable laws, regulations and CWT risk management processes.
